VESA Mount Load Capacity - Model?

Started by PeppermintLamb on July 09, 2024

I'm looking for some advice on choosing a monitor mount. Does anyone have experience with the load capacity of different VESA mounts?

Yeah, sure! @PeppermintLamb, I've used one of those HUANUO Single Monitor Stand Desk Mounts before and it worked great for me. It was able to hold my monitor just fine.

Solution

Oh wow, thanks @Klonebros and @iliketools. That sounds like an awesome mount! I'm curious though, what was the load capacity of your HUANUO Single Monitor Stand Desk Mount? I need something that can handle 11 lbs.

Mine definitely held my monitor without any issues. It's rated for a max weight of 22 lbs and supports VESA sizes between 75x75mm to 100x100mm. So, it should be able to handle your Acer XV272U Kfbmiipruzx just fine.

Hey there! I have an AVLT Single Monitor Arm Desk Mount which is also great for holding heavier monitors. It can support up to 33 lbs and has a VESA size range of 75x75mm to 100x100mm as well.

That's really helpful, @EskeetmoJoe. So, between the HUANUO and AVLT, which one would you say is better? I'm looking for something that offers a good balance between weight capacity and price.

Well, @PeppermintLamb, it really depends on your specific needs. Both mounts are well-built and have great reviews. The HUANUO can hold up to 22 lbs while the AVLT can handle up to 33 lbs. So if you're looking for something more heavy-duty, I'd recommend the AVLT.

Yeah, but price-wise, the HUANUO is usually cheaper than the AVLT. So, if budget is a concern, that might be the way to go.

I think I'll do some more research on these mounts and see which one fits my needs best. Really appreciate your advice!

No problem, @PeppermintLamb! Good luck with your search. And remember, you can always refer back to the TechReviewer article for more insights: Monitor Mounts & Stands for Acer's 27" XV272U Kfbmiipruzx
