Started by DaveCaffeine on June 20, 2024

I've been looking into getting some new RAM for my gaming PC and I came across the G.Skill Trident Z Neo 256GB DDR4-3600 CL18. Has anyone tried it or have any experience with this stuff?

Thanks for the recommendation, @ajapplesauce. I appreciate it. The article you linked seems pretty informative.

I've been using the Trident Z Neo in my gaming PC for a couple of weeks now, and I must say, the difference is noticeable! My games run much smoother with this RAM compared to my previous setup.

That's awesome to hear, @Camick17. I'm glad it's working well for you too. Have you noticed any improvements in specific game titles or in general across all games?

It seems like the faster load times and reduced latency have helped overall game performance. I haven't noticed any specific title having a huge improvement, but my gaming experience has been more consistent and enjoyable.

That's great to know! I might just go ahead and pull the trigger on this RAM then. Thanks for all the input, guys!

No problem, @DaveCaffeine. Let us know how it works out for you once you get it installed!
