Trident Z Neo 16GB DDR4-3600 Latency?

I'm considering buying the G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16GB DDR4-3600 RAM. Can you tell me more about its latency? I've heard mixed things.

It has a CAS Latency of 9 ns, which is excellent for gaming and professional tools.
