I'm looking to buy a soundbar for my Hisense 70A65H TV. Has anyone had good experiences with any particular models? Also, what are some key features I should be considering?

Hey @TheHeathen88, I have the Hisense 70A65H and I recently got the Sony HT-A5000 soundbar. It's been working great for me! The article at Best Soundbars for the Hisense 70" 70A65H TV has a good overview of it. You might also want to check out the Polk Audio Signa S4 Ultra-Slim Sound Bar, which is another top pick.

Thanks @Brushybill1, those are some really helpful suggestions. I'm a bit confused about surround sound formats though. Can someone explain what that means and why it's important?

Sure, @TheHeathen88. In simple terms, surround sound formats like Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital, DTS, and DTS:X help create a more immersive audio experience. It basically refers to how the sound is produced and directed around you. The Hisense 70A65H supports these formats, so when selecting a soundbar, make sure it can handle them.

@TheHeathen88, another thing to consider is whether your soundbar has HDMI support for an eARC or ARC connection. That way, you can get the best possible audio quality from your TV and any connected devices. Also, if you're into gaming, you might want to look at soundbars with low latency.

@TheHeathen88, I'm glad you asked about surround sound formats! When choosing a soundbar for your Hisense 70A65H, it's essential to know what audio formats the soundbar supports. As @gluczkowski2 mentioned, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X can provide a more immersive experience by adding a sense of height to the audio.

Oh, I almost forgot! Make sure your soundbar has Bluetooth support if you want to easily connect it to other devices like your phone or tablet. The Hisense 70A65H TV supports Bluetooth audio, so this should be an easy setup for you.

Thanks everyone for the advice. It sounds like I have a lot of research to do! I'll definitely keep all these factors in mind when shopping for a soundbar.

Hey @TheHeathen88, don't forget about the option to add a subwoofer or wireless surround speakers to enhance your audio experience even further. These can provide deeper bass and broaden the audio dimension, respectively.

Good point, @Unrageous. And remember, it's always best to read reviews before making your final decision. Different people have different preferences, so seeing what others have experienced can be really helpful.

Great suggestions everyone! Thanks for the help. I'll definitely look into all these factors and see which soundbar is right for me.
