I've used the Sony HT-A5000 with my previous TV and it worked great. It supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and has a total of 5.1.2 channels. The HDMI eARC support is also an added advantage. You can check out this review on TechReviewer Best Soundbars for the LG 48" C3 TV for more details.

I'm a fan of the Polk Audio Signa S4 Ultra-Slim Sound Bar. It's reasonably priced, has HDMI audio support, eARC, optical, and Bluetooth connectivity. The sound quality is impressive too!

I recently bought the Bose model 838309-1100 for my LG C3 TV, and I must say it's a fantastic option for music and movies. It has two full-range speakers and improved speech clarity. However, when it comes to gaming or more immersive experiences, you might want to consider other options.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm leaning towards the Sony HT-A5000 based on the feedback here. Can anyone compare the audio quality of the Sony HT-A5000 and Polk Audio Signa S4?

Both soundbars have their pros and cons, but in terms of audio quality, the Sony HT-A5000 is slightly better for gaming and fast-paced movies. However, the Polk Audio Signa S4 has better color accuracy, which might be important depending on your needs.

I agree with @mnnice99 that both soundbars are great choices. Ultimately, it depends on what you value more in a soundbar. If gaming and high refresh rates matter to you, go for the Sony HT-A5000. But if color accuracy is your priority, then the Polk Audio Signa S4 might be a better fit.

That's really helpful, thank you! I think I'll go with the Sony HT-A5000 since gaming and high refresh rates are more important to me. By the way, has anyone tried connecting a subwoofer to these soundbars? I'd like to enhance the bass experience.

Yes, both the Sony HT-A5000 and Polk Audio Signa S4 support connection with external subwoofers. It's definitely worth trying if you want to add more depth to your audio experience!

Great! Thanks for all the advice. I'll go ahead and purchase the Sony HT-A5000. Hopefully, it delivers on its promises.
