Hey @listenthreetimes, have you seen this TechReviewer article about the best RAM for the Intel Core i9-13900KS? It might help you out! Best RAM for the Intel Core i9-13900KS CPU
Yeah, I've read it actually. They didn't have much to say about DDR4 though, which is what I currently have and plan on sticking with.
That's true, they mostly focused on DDR5 in that article. Still, it would be nice to know the options for both.
If you're looking for DDR4 RAM, I'd recommend checking out Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 MHz. It's a reliable option for stock-speed DDR4 RAM, and Corsair is known for their quality products.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention this! You might find the TechReviewer article Best RAM for the Intel Core i9-13900KS CPU useful as well, which discusses different options in more detail.
Thanks for the recommendations, @ActuallyMaarten. And thanks for sharing that additional link, @rhapsowacho. I'm still a bit confused about whether to stick with DDR4 or upgrade to DDR5. Any thoughts on this?
Well, if you're looking for higher performance and are willing to spend more, then DDR5 is the way to go. But if you're on a budget or don't need the extra speed, DDR4 will still serve you well.
That's helpful, thanks @Travelblind. I think I might try Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 MHz as suggested by @ActuallyMaarten, and see how it goes. But I'll keep an eye on the market for some good deals on DDR5 RAM too.
