@pandanyc1, I've had positive experiences with both the AVLT Single Monitor Arm Desk Mount and the Ergotron HX Single Ultrawide Monitor Desk Mount. Both were compatible with my Gigabyte G27Q and provided solid support. The TechReviewer article Monitor Mounts & Stands for Gigabyte's 27" G27Q discusses various monitor mounts specifically for the G27Q, including their pros and cons.

Hi @pandanyc1! I've used the HUANUO Single Monitor Stand Desk Mount with my Gigabyte G27Q, and it's been working great for me. It's sturdy and offers a good range of adjustments.

Solution

Thanks for the suggestions, @AeroTheSoldier and @dcerisano! I'll definitely check out those options. Just to clarify, is it better to go with a more affordable option like HUANUO or opt for a sturdier, pricier mount like Ergotron?

@pandanyc1, that's a great question. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and your budget. The HUANUO Single Monitor Stand Desk Mount is quite reliable and affordable, while the Ergotron HX Single Ultrawide Monitor Desk Mount offers better adjustability and sturdiness but at a higher cost.

Thanks for the advice, @Rob-A-Tron. It's helpful to have some options laid out. I'll do some more research on these mounts and see which one works best for me.

@pandanyc1, no problem! Just remember that whichever mount you choose, make sure it can support the weight of your G27Q (15 lb.) and has a VESA size of 100 x 100 mm. Good luck with your decision!

@pandanyc1, you're welcome! And yes, @AeroTheSoldier is right about the specifications. It's crucial to find a mount that can handle the weight and dimensions of your G27Q for optimal support.

Thanks again everyone for the advice and recommendations. I'll keep all these factors in mind while making my decision.
