I'm looking to buy some RAM for my new gaming PC build. Has anyone tried the TeamGroup T-Create Expert Overclocking 10L 16GB DDR4-3200 CL16 RAM? Is it any good?

The TeamGroup T-Create Expert Overclocking 10L has a latency of 10 ns which is quite good. I've been using it for a while now and haven't experienced any issues with it.
