I've been looking into getting a new TV and came across the TCL 65Q750G. Does anyone have experience with its HDMI ports or know if it's worth the investment?
TCL 65Q750G HDMI Ports?

Hi @wayfayrer! I've had the TCL 65Q750G for a couple of months now and am quite happy with it. The HDMI ports are pretty decent, as far as I can tell.
Yeah, I just read an article about the TCL 65Q750G TV HDMI Capabilities of the TCL 65" 65Q750G TV that goes into detail about its HDMI capabilities. It has two HDMI 2.1 ports and two HDMI 2.0 ports, which should be more than enough for most people's needs.
That sounds great! Thanks for the info, @goodscalp. I'm particularly interested in whether it supports VRR and eARC, as those would be really helpful for my gaming setup.
Hey @wayfayrer, I've been using the TCL 65Q750G for a while now and can confirm that it does support both VRR and eARC. The TV has definitely improved my gaming experience.
That's awesome to hear, @OnlyPaladin! The refresh rate is also something I've been curious about. Does anyone know what the native refresh rate of the TCL 65Q750G is?
I'm thinking of getting a TCL 65Q750G myself. What about the HDMI cables? Should I get an HDMI 2.1 cable or will an older version work fine?
@feeseize, the article I read HDMI Capabilities of the TCL 65" 65Q750G TV recommended using an HDMI 2.1 cable for this TV to take full advantage of its features. However, it's worth noting that HDMI 2.1 cables are backward compatible with older ports, so if you only have HDMI 2.0 devices, you'll still be able to use them.
Thanks for the input, everyone! I appreciate the insights and will definitely keep them in mind as I make my decision.
