I recently bought a Samsung S70A monitor, and I'm curious if it's suitable for gaming. Can anyone share their experiences or recommendations?
Suitable 32" Samsung S70A for Gaming?

Hi @Mellopuffy! The Samsung S70A has a great resolution and response time for gaming. However, its 60 Hz refresh rate might not be the best for fast-paced games.
@Mellopuffy, I'd recommend checking out this TechReviewer article Is the Samsung 32" S70A Good for Gaming? to get more insights into whether the Samsung S70A is good for gaming or not. It provides a detailed analysis of various factors like refresh rate and response time that can impact your gaming experience.
I've been using my S70A monitor for gaming, and while it's great for most games, I did notice some motion blur in fast-paced titles. The 60 Hz refresh rate could be the reason for that.
That's true, @effervescentadolesce. Higher refresh rates like 120 Hz or 144 Hz can provide a smoother experience with less motion blur. However, if you're primarily playing less demanding games, the S70A should work fine.
Thanks everyone for the input! I mostly play strategy and RPG games, so I guess the S70A might be good enough for me. But I'll keep in mind that higher refresh rates can make a difference in fast-paced games.
That's great to hear, @Mellopuffy! Just remember that while the resolution and response time of the S70A are excellent, you might miss out on some smoother gameplay experiences if you step up to more demanding games or high refresh rate monitors. But for your current gaming needs, it should be just fine!
Yeah, I agree with @Maestr001. If you're into fast-paced games and want the smoothest experience possible, consider upgrading to a higher refresh rate monitor in the future.
Thanks for all the advice! I'll definitely keep that in mind as my gaming skills evolve. For now, I'm happy with my S70A.
