I'm looking for a soundbar to pair with my new Sony 55" A90J TV. Has anyone here had experience with different soundbars for this specific TV model? I'd love to hear your recommendations and any potential pros and cons.

I recently read a great article on TechReviewer about choosing the best soundbar for your Sony 55" A90J TV. It covers all the factors you need to consider, such as Bluetooth capability, surround sound formats, HDMI video/audio pass-through, subwoofer support, wireless surround speakers, audio channels, and voice enhancement. You can check it out here: Best Soundbars for the Sony 55" A90J TV. It might be helpful for anyone looking for a new soundbar.

I've been using the Yamaha YAS-207BL Sound Bar with my Sony 55" A90J, and it's worked great so far. It has built-in Bluetooth, supports Dolby Atmos, and offers a good balance of sound quality and price. The only downside is that it doesn't have an eARC connection, but for casual watching and gaming, I haven't noticed any significant issues.

I've been using the VIZIO M-Series M215x-H06 with my Sony 55" A90J TV, and it's also been a good experience. It has a sleek design, supports Dolby Atmos, and has an eARC connection for high-quality audio. The only con is that it doesn't have built-in Bluetooth, so you'll need to connect your devices via HDMI or optical cable.

I've had the Sony HT-Z9F Sound Bar for a while now, and it's been amazing! It supports both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, has an eARC connection, and even comes with two rear speakers for a more immersive surround sound experience. The only downside is that it's quite expensive compared to other options.

Solution

Thanks for the recommendation, @coldblow85! I'll definitely take a look at that article. The Sony HT-Z9F sounds interesting, but as you mentioned, the price is quite high. Does anyone have any other recommendations within different budget ranges?

If you're looking for a more affordable option, the Polk Audio Signa S4 Ultra-Slim Sound Bar is worth considering. It has an eARC connection and supports Dolby Atmos, but it doesn't have built-in Bluetooth like the Yamaha YAS-207BL.

I've also heard good things about the Bose Solo 5 Soundbar. It's a bit more expensive than the Polk Audio Signa S4, but it offers a sleek design and supports Dolby Atmos. The only downside is that it doesn't have an eARC connection like the VIZIO M-Series.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll do some further research on these options and read the TechReviewer article you mentioned, @coldblow85. Hopefully, I can find the perfect soundbar to enhance my Sony 55" A90J TV experience.

Good luck with your search, @CalTheStripedEagle! And don't forget to consider factors like Bluetooth capability, surround sound formats, HDMI video/audio pass-through, subwoofer support, wireless surround speakers, audio channels, and voice enhancement. These will all play a role in determining the best soundbar for your TV.

Yes, make sure to take all those factors into account, @CalTheStripedEagle. And don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or need further advice!
