If you're looking for some guidance on choosing a wall mount, consider this TechReviewer article Best Wall Mounts for the Sony 48" BRAVIA A9S TV which might help you out. It has recommendations based on VESA size and weight, among other factors.
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely check it out. So, what do you think about tilting or swivel mounts? Are they better than full-motion wall mounts?
Tilting and swivel mounts are great if you mostly watch TV from a seated position and don't need to change the angle often. Swivel mounts allow you to rotate the TV horizontally for a wider range of viewing angles.
I recently got a tilting wall mount for my TV, and it's been working pretty well. It allows me to adjust the viewing angle easily without having to move the entire TV.
In my opinion, full-motion wall mounts offer more flexibility. You can move your TV up, down, left, right, and even closer to you. They're perfect if you like to change the viewing angle frequently or want to mount your TV in a corner.
That's interesting! I hadn't considered full-motion mounts before. What are some good options for the Sony 48" BRAVIA A9S?
Based on the TechReviewer article Best Wall Mounts for the Sony 48" BRAVIA A9S TV, they recommend the SANUS Extra Large TV Wall Mount, USX MOUNT Full Motion TV Wall Mount for 32-90 Inch TVs, and Vogel's THIN 550 Ultra Strong Full-Motion TV Wall Mount for Large TVs as good options for your Sony 48" BRAVIA A9S.
Thanks everyone for the input! I'll take a look at those full-motion mounts. It seems like they might be worth the extra installation time for the added flexibility.
Good luck with your search, and let us know if you find something you're happy with!
