Sceptre E248B-FPT168 Mont. Mount & Stand Comparison?

I recently bought the Sceptre E248B-FPT168 monitor and am looking for suggestions on suitable mounts and stands for it. Any recommendations would be helpful!

I've used the AVLT Single Monitor Arm Desk Mount and it was great for my Sceptre E248B-FPT168 monitor. It's flexible and has a weight capacity of up to 43 lbs. The cable management isn't as good as the HUANUO, but it's still decent.
