Yeah, I've been using the Sceptre E248B-FPN168 for a couple months now, and it's great! The 165Hz refresh rate is amazing for gaming and makes everything feel super smooth.
Same here. I got mine a few weeks ago, and it's been fantastic. The 1ms response time really makes a difference in fast-paced games, especially when you're trying to aim quickly.
I've also been using the Sceptre E248B-FPN168 for quite some time now. It has an impressive display with great color accuracy and good resolution. Plus, TechReviewer has an article about it which goes over its graphics abilities in more detail Is the Sceptre 24" E248B-FPN168 Good for Gaming?. You might find it helpful to read up on it before making your decision.
That's really interesting! Thanks for sharing your experiences. I'm leaning towards getting one now. But do you think the 1920 x 1080 resolution is enough for gaming? I've seen some people say that higher resolutions provide more detailed visuals.
It really depends on what games you play and how close you sit to the monitor. If you're mostly playing games that don't require high detail, then the 1080p should be fine. But if you're a fan of games with lots of textures and details, you might want to consider a higher resolution.
I personally prefer the Sceptre E248B-FPN168 because it has an IPS panel which offers better color accuracy, especially for games like Cyberpunk 2077. The higher refresh rate is also a huge plus when playing fast-paced games.
Yeah, and you can always upgrade your graphics card in the future if you find that the resolution isn't enough for your gaming needs. But as of now, the Sceptre E248B-FPN168 does a great job with its current specs.
That's good to know! I'll probably go ahead and order one then. Thanks for all the advice!
No problem, happy gaming! And let us know how you like it after setting it up and using it for some time.
Agreed! Enjoy your new monitor, and feel free to ask any questions if you have any doubts or issues later on.
