Hey, does anyone know how many HDMI inputs are on the Samsung QN85A TV?
Samsung QN85A HDMI Inputs?

The Samsung QN85A has a total of four HDMI ports. Three of them support HDMI 2.0, while the fourth one supports HDMI 2.1.
Thanks for the info! I'm curious to know more about these HDMI versions and what they can do. There's an interesting article at HDMI Capabilities of the Samsung 75" QN85A TV that goes into detail about it.
Oh, that's awesome! The Samsung QN85A has a refresh rate of 120Hz which is great for gaming and sports events. I'm really looking forward to getting one!
That sounds great! I hope you get the chance to try it out soon. By the way, have any of you experienced using HDMI cables with this TV? I'm not sure whether to get a long cable or if it's worth splurging on a high-quality one.
I've been using an Anker 8K HDMI 2.1 Cable (6.6 ft) for my QN85A and it works perfectly fine. As for the length, it really depends on where your devices are placed. A longer cable might be useful if you have a distant media player or sound system.
I've also been using the Monoprice 8K 48Gbps Certified Braided Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 Cable with my QN85A, and it works great! For me, having a cable that supports 4K at 120Hz was important because I watch a lot of sports.
That's good to know. I'll probably go with the Anker cable since it has good reviews. As for other inputs, does anyone know if this TV supports VRR and eARC?
Yes, both VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) are supported by the Samsung QN85A.
That's excellent! VRR is a game changer for gaming, as it eliminates screen tearing and stuttering. And eARC supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio standards, which enhances your overall audio experience.
Thanks everyone for the helpful information. I think I'll go ahead and purchase the QN85A. I also found a useful article discussing HDMI capabilities of this TV at HDMI Capabilities of the Samsung 75" QN85A TV. It covers everything from refresh rates to supported features like VRR and eARC, so check it out if you're interested!
