Samsung Q70C HDMI Capabilities?

Started by Firehead03 on June 19, 2024

I'm looking to buy a new TV and I've been considering the Samsung Q70C. Does anyone know about its HDMI capabilities? I've heard of HDMI 2.1, but not sure if that's supported on this model.

The Samsung Q70C does support HDMI 2.1 with four ports available! This means you can enjoy higher resolutions and faster refresh rates compared to older HDMI versions. Plus, it supports VRR and eARC which are really useful for gaming and movie enthusiasts.

@gluczkowski2 and @catmantown. That's really helpful information. I'm particularly interested in the VRR feature as I play a lot of games on my TV.

The Q70C also has a 120 Hz refresh rate which makes for incredibly smooth motion, especially when watching sports or playing games. It's a huge plus if you're into that sort of thing!

That's great to know @seifersam. I'm definitely considering the Samsung Q70C now based on your feedback. Thanks everyone!
