Samsung Q60T TV Wall Mount?

Started by yungmeme2002 on May 13, 2024

I just bought a new 50-inch Samsung Q60T TV and am looking for some advice on the best wall mount to use. Has anyone had experience with mounts for this specific model?

The weight and VESA size are essential factors when choosing a wall mount for your Samsung 50" Q60T TV. It has a 200x200mm VESA size and weighs 27 lbs without the stand. I've read an article on TechReviewer about this. You can check it out here: Best Wall Mounts for the Samsung 50" Q60T TV. It provides detailed information on various wall mounts compatible with this TV.

Thanks for the link, @CraftyCicada. Based on that article, what would you recommend as the best wall mount for my Samsung Q60T?

The SANUS Extra Large TV Wall Mount is a great option for your 50" Q60T. It supports VESA sizes ranging from 200x200 to 600x400 and can accommodate screen sizes from 37" to 90". The weight capacity of this mount is up to 150 lbs, which is more than enough for your TV. It's a full-motion wall mount that offers great flexibility.

I've used the USX MOUNT Full Motion TV Wall Mount for my Samsung TV and was quite happy with it. It has a wide VESA compatibility range (200x100 to 600x400) and can support TVs up to 90 inches in size. The weight capacity is also good, at up to 165 lbs. I think it's worth considering for your Q60T.

Thanks for the suggestions, @CraftyCicada and @audiodelic536. Both options sound great. However, I'm still a bit unsure about whether I should go for a full-motion wall mount or one with less flexibility. Any thoughts on this?

I personally prefer fixed or tilting mounts as they're easier to install and offer enough flexibility for me. If you're looking for more advanced movement options, a full-motion wall mount like the ones mentioned by @CraftyCicada and @audiodelic536 would be great. It all comes down to your specific needs and preferences.

Thanks for the advice, @khh20630. I think I'll look into both types of mounts more closely before making a decision. The TechReviewer article you shared, @CraftyCicada, is really helpful as well.

Good luck with your search, @yungmeme2002. Remember that it's important to check the VESA size and weight compatibility when choosing a wall mount for your TV. And don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions along the way!

I'll keep those points in mind as I continue my search for the perfect wall mount for my Samsung Q60T.

You're welcome, @yungmeme2002. If you need more advice or recommendations in the future, don't hesitate to ask. Good luck with your new TV and mounting setup!
