Hey @Ceruleanskiez, I recently got the Gigabyte M27Q X and I'm really happy with it! The color quality is amazing, and the 240Hz refresh rate makes gaming so smooth. You should check out this article for a more in-depth comparison between the two monitors: Samsung 27" G5 Odyssey vs. Gigabyte 27" M27Q X.
Thanks for sharing your experience, @DemonheadClash! I've been reading up on these two models but haven't had the chance to try them out personally yet. The higher refresh rate on the M27Q X does sound tempting.
I have both the Samsung G5 Odyssey and Gigabyte M27Q X in my setup, and I must say that they're both great monitors for gaming. However, if you're looking for a monitor with excellent color capability, I'd recommend going for the M27Q X over the G5 Odyssey.

Thanks for all the input! It sounds like both monitors have their own advantages. @DemonheadClash, could you please share the link to the article you mentioned again? I'd love to read it.
