Ryzen 7 5700G vs. Ryzen 7 2700 for Content Creation?

I've been thinking about upgrading my CPU for content creation and I'm stuck between the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G and Ryzen 7 2700. Can anyone share their experiences or recommendations? I mainly do video editing, music production, and some light 3D rendering.
