Ryzen 5 4600G vs. Ryzen 5 3600 - Differences?

Any advice on choosing the best modem for a home office setup?

I've been using the Motorola MB8422 for my home office setup. It's also good, but it doesn't have as many advanced features as the Netgear Nighthawk C7000.
