Ryzen 5 3600X vs. Ryzen 5 2600 Performance?

I've been looking into getting a new CPU for my gaming PC and I'm having trouble deciding between the AMD Ryzen 5 3600X and the Ryzen 5 2600. Has anyone here had experience with either of these CPUs? Any advice would be appreciated!
