I came across this TechReviewer article Choosing the Best Power Supply for AMD's Ryzen 5 3600X CPU that discusses which power supply is best for the Ryzen 5 3600X CPU. It covers a variety of options and factors to consider. You might find it helpful!

Hey @lizardmamba! A modular power supply would be great for your build. They offer better cable management, which is essential in a clean-looking setup. But before you choose one, consider the wattage requirements of your entire system.

Yeah, make sure you have enough wattage to support all your components. @cherrypopover's right about modular power supplies being nice for cable management, but don't forget about the efficiency and reliability too.

@wanderingdove, thanks for sharing! I'll definitely check out that article. Just to clarify, should I prioritize wattage or efficiency when choosing a power supply?

For me, the key is finding a balance between wattage and efficiency. But always make sure you have extra wattage for future upgrades or overclocking.

@lizardmamba That's good advice! Remember to factor in the TDP of your CPU as well when calculating your power supply needs.

Exactly! And don't forget to check out the 80 PLUS certification ratings for efficiency. Higher efficiency levels can save you money on electricity bills in the long run.

@wanderingdove Thanks again for all the suggestions! I'll make sure to take everything into account when selecting my power supply. Hopefully, this build will be a success!

Best of luck with your build, @lizardmamba! And feel free to ask any more questions if you have them.

Same here! Good luck and keep us updated on your progress!
