I recently bought an AMD Ryzen 3 Pro 5350GE CPU and now I'm looking for a motherboard that's compatible. Can you guys recommend some options?

Hey @IIXmercury7190, welcome to the forum! The Ryzen 3 Pro 5350GE is a great choice. You'll want to look for a motherboard with an AM4 socket and a supported chipset like X570, B550, A520, X470, or B450. I've read a TechReviewer article Choosing the Best Motherboard for AMD's Ryzen 3 Pro 5350GE that discusses which motherboards are best suited for this CPU.

Solution

Thanks for the advice @James3703. I'm leaning towards the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi based on that article you mentioned. What do you think about it?

The ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi is a solid choice, @IIXmercury7190. It offers great compatibility, performance, and features for the Ryzen 3 Pro 5350GE CPU. Plus, it's also budget-friendly, making it a great option if you're on a tight budget.

That's true @EvolvingHippie. I've personally used the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi with my Ryzen 5 3600X and had no issues at all. The build quality is fantastic and it runs cool and quiet.

Great to know! I'll probably go for the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi then. Do you have any recommendations for other motherboards in case I change my mind?

Sure, @IIXmercury7190. If you're interested in a more feature-rich motherboard, the MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI is also worth considering. It has more PCIe slots and M.2 NVMe slots compared to the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi.

Another option could be the Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE. It's a great motherboard that offers solid performance and good build quality, but it might not have as many features as the MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI or the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi.

Thanks for the suggestions @audiodelic536 and @EvolvingHippie. I'll definitely take a look at these other options before making my final decision. Appreciate your help!
