I've had good experience with the Noctua NH-D15 air cooler for my i3-14100. It provides excellent cooling performance while remaining relatively quiet. You can find more details in this TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i3-14100.

The Enermax Liqmax III 360 is a great liquid cooler for overclocking. It's capable of handling high TDP ratings, and it runs quietly too.

Solution

Thanks for your input, @jonnybravo76 and @cocoabeachbrews. The Enermax Liqmax III 360 seems impressive, but I'm also curious about air coolers like the Noctua NH-D15 you mentioned, @cocoabeachbrews. Are there any downsides to using an air cooler for overclocking?

Air coolers can be a bit louder than liquid coolers under full load, but they're generally quieter overall when idle. They also tend to take up more space on your motherboard and case, so make sure you have enough room.

Another benefit of air coolers is that they usually cost less than liquid coolers. If budget is a concern, an air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15 might be a better option for you.

That's good to know, @sayyylem and @alexfish. It seems both options have their pros and cons. I'll probably check out the Enermax Liqmax III 360 and the Noctua NH-D15 in more detail. Any advice on how to choose between them?

It ultimately comes down to your personal preferences and needs. If you're looking for a cooler that's easy to set up and offers good cooling performance with lower noise levels, the Enermax Liqmax III 360 is an excellent choice. However, if space is a concern or you want to save some money, the Noctua NH-D15 might be better suited for your build.

Thanks for all the help, everyone. I'll definitely weigh my options and make a decision soon. Have a great day!

You're welcome, @CaptainObvious92. Good luck with your build!
