I'm looking to buy a new motherboard for my Core i5-13500 and was wondering if any of you had some recommendations. I've been doing some research but it's getting a bit confusing.

Have you checked out the TechReviewer article Choosing the Best Motherboard for Intel's Core i5-13500? It has a detailed overview of the best motherboards for the Intel Core i5-13500.
Thanks, @Wallabuba. That's really helpful. I read through it and found that some recommendations like the ASUS ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WiFi 6E and MSI MAG B760 Tomahawk WiFi DDR4 Gaming Motherboard are quite impressive.
Awesome! So it seems like both of these options should work well with my processor. But I'm also considering other factors such as memory overclocking, video output ports, storage options, and connectivity. Any advice on those?
For memory overclocking, make sure your motherboard supports XMP profiles. As for video output ports, check if the motherboard has HDMI or DisplayPort. Storage-wise, look for M.2 slots and SATA ports. As for connectivity, consider the number of USB ports and their speeds.
I was in a similar situation as @crikey3lee a few months back. I went with the ASUS ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WiFi 6E and haven't looked back since. It has plenty of features, great performance, and is reliable.
That's good to hear, @kornchic. I might just go for it then! Thanks for your input.
Just remember to check if the motherboard you choose is compatible with an LGA 1700 socket and a 700-series or 600-series chipset. Good luck!
Yes, and don't forget to look into whether overclocking is supported on your CPU since it doesn't have a "K" suffix.
Alright, thanks everyone! I think I've got a better idea now. Have a great day!
