Optimal Mount for LG 50" UP7670

I recently bought a new LG 50" UP7670 TV and need some advice on the best wall mount to use. What are my options?

I've been using the SANUS Extra Large TV Wall Mount with my 55-inch TV, and it's great! It supports a wide range of VESA sizes and has a good weight capacity.

What about the USX MOUNT Full Motion TV Wall Mount? Is it any good?

I've used that one for my 65-inch TV, and it works well. The installation was a bit tricky, but once it's up, you can move your TV around quite freely.
