Optimal Height for HP OMEN 32q Mount?

I'm looking for the best monitor mount for my new HP OMEN 32q. Has anyone found a good one that offers optimal height adjustments?

I went with the VIVO GT Monitor Stand for my setup. The height is adjustable and it also provides cable management options. I find it works well with my HP OMEN 32q monitor.
