MS321QR VESA Mount Dimensions?

I'm looking for a new monitor mount for my MSI Creator PS321QR. Can anyone help me with the VESA dimensions and weight capacity?

The MSI Creator PS321QR has a VESA size of 100 x 100 mm and weighs 21 lbs.

The AVLT Single Monitor Arm Desk Mount has both cable management and a USB outlet. It's compatible with my MSI Creator PS321QR, and I've been happy with its performance so far.
