I recently bought an LG 32GK650F-B monitor and I'm curious about its viewing angles. Does anyone have any experience with this monitor regarding its viewing angles? I'd like to know if it's good or bad.

Hello @fullofstars, the LG 32GK650F-B has an IPS panel which typically offers good viewing angles. According to TechReviewer, you can expect wide viewing angles horizontally and vertically without much color shift or loss of image quality. However, keep in mind that as you move away from the center, colors might start to shift a bit more. Here's a link to the full article Is the LG 32" 32GK650F-B Good for Gaming? for more details.
Thank you @Knowledge1337! I was hoping it would have excellent viewing angles since I do some graphic design work on the side and sometimes share my screen with clients. Having good viewing angles can make a difference in these situations.
I've had this monitor for a few months now, and from my experience, the viewing angles are indeed good. I haven't noticed any major color shifts when sitting off to the side or standing behind someone who's looking at the screen. However, if you're doing something critical like professional photo editing or design work, you might want to check it out for yourself in those specific scenarios.
That's great to hear @apesfromspace13. I'll probably do some tests with some color gradients and text to see how it looks from different angles. Thanks for the input!
I've been using the LG 32GK650F-B for a few weeks now, and in my opinion, the viewing angles are mediocre at best. When you tilt the monitor too far to either side or look at it from above or below, colors start to shift quite noticeably. I wouldn't recommend this monitor if your work requires precise color accuracy across wide viewing angles.
Thanks for the feedback @Mediumadventure. I appreciate your honesty. I'll have to think about whether I need a different monitor for my graphic design work.
@Mediumadventure That's true, and it really depends on what kind of work you're doing. If precise color accuracy is crucial, then maybe another monitor with better viewing angles would be more suitable. The LG 32GK650F-B might still be a great option for general use or gaming though.
I agree with @Knowledge1337. It's important to consider the type of work you do and whether the monitor will meet your specific needs. For casual users or gamers, this monitor should be more than adequate, but for professional photo or video editing work, you might want to look elsewhere.
Thank you all for your input! I'll definitely keep that in mind when deciding what's best for my graphic design needs. The LG 32GK650F-B seems like a great monitor for general use and gaming but may not be the perfect choice for my specific situation.
