LG 32GK650F-B Response Time?

I recently got an LG monitor and have been having some trouble deciding if it's good for gaming. Any advice would be appreciated.

It's the 32" 32GK650F-B.

I've been using that monitor for a while now and it's fantastic. The refresh rate is amazing - 144 Hz! Response time is also great, only 1 ms!

What resolution does it have? I've heard QHD is great for gaming but not sure if it's worth it.

The resolution is 2560 x 1440. It's a big step up from FHD, and you can really notice the difference in image quality.
