I'm looking at getting a new monitor and was curious if the LG 24MK600M-B would be any good for gaming. Anyone have experience with it?

Yeah, I've been using it for a while now and it's great! The response time is pretty low which helps a lot with gaming.
I have one too and the refresh rate of 75 Hz has made a huge difference in my gaming experience. There's an article on TechReviewer that talks about how well this monitor performs for gaming Is the LG 24" 24MK600M-B Good for Gaming?.
That's interesting! The article must be pretty recent then. How do you guys find the resolution? I'm wondering if it's enough for most games.
For me, the 1920 x 1080 resolution works fine and I haven't noticed any issues with it during gaming. It's definitely good enough for most games at this resolution.
I just got my LG 24MK600M-B a couple of days ago and I'm loving it so far! The colors are vibrant and the IPS display is really nice.
That's great to hear! Yeah, the color capability of 72% NTSC is pretty good for this monitor. Have you guys noticed any ghosting or blurring while playing games?
I haven't experienced any ghosting or blurring yet, but I'm curious about how it would perform in a dark room with fast-paced games. Any thoughts on that?
In my experience, the 5 ms response time helps minimize ghosting and blur, even in darker rooms. It's definitely good enough for most situations.

I've had this monitor for a while now and the 75 Hz refresh rate really makes a difference, especially when playing fast-paced games like first-person shooters. It's definitely worth considering if you're looking for a good gaming monitor.
Thanks for the advice everyone! I think I'll go ahead and get it. Hopefully, my GPU can handle the higher refresh rates.
