@alexisdevaul Thanks for the recommendation! I'll check out that TechReviewer article and see what it says about the NV2 1TB. The speed is obviously a big factor for me since gaming is all about responsiveness and fluidity.

I've also used the Kingston NV2 1TB, and I'm very pleased with its performance. It's not just about the quick load times; it also helps with maintaining smooth frame rates during gameplay. The faster your SSD is, the less time the game has to spend on non-essential tasks like loading assets or writing data to disk.

@LarsofArcana That's great to hear! I'm glad to know that other gamers have had good experiences with it. It sounds like having a fast SSD really helps with maintaining those high frame rates during gameplay, which is crucial for me.

@mmmpigood I think you'll be very happy with the Kingston NV2 1TB. Just make sure to keep an eye on your TBW (Terabytes Written) rating as gaming can put some wear and tear on your SSD over time, especially with larger games and frequent updates.

@alexisdevaul Good point! I'll definitely keep that in mind as I use the NV2 1TB. Thanks for the heads up. Now, just one last question: Is this compatible with my PS5? I'm currently building a new gaming setup and would love to use it across both my PC and console.

@mmmpigood The Kingston NV2 1TB should work fine with your PS5. It's an M.2 SSD, and the PS5 supports M.2 SSDs for expanded storage. You'll just need to make sure you get a heatsink if you plan on using it in the PS5, as that's required for optimal performance.

@alexisdevaul Awesome! That's great news. Thanks for the info. I think I'm sold on the Kingston NV2 1TB now. I'll go ahead and purchase one for my new gaming setup. Goodbye, long load times!

@mmmpigood You won't regret it! Enjoy your new SSD and happy gaming!

@mmmpigood everyone! I appreciate the help and recommendations. Time to level up my gaming experience with some fast storage!
