Intel Processor for Content Creation - i7-13700F or i7-9700K?

I'm in the market for a new processor for content creation. After some research, I've narrowed it down to either the Intel Core i7-13700F or the Intel Core i7-9700K. I've read that both are good options, but I can't decide which one would be better for my needs. Can anyone share their thoughts on these two processors?
