Hey @JasonCoC, I was looking at some reviews and came across an article about the best RAM for that CPU. Check it out here Best RAM for the Intel Pentium Gold G5400T CPU. It recommends either the G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 2400 MHz or the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 MHz.

Solution

Thanks for sharing, @SnGSmama. I'm curious, what are the main differences between these two options?

That's a great question, @TrippKitty. The G.Skill Ripjaws V offers a balanced performance upgrade and is suitable for value gaming rigs or workstations. On the other hand, the Corsair Vengeance LPX has higher clock speeds and is great for overclocking.

I've been using the G.Skill Ripjaws V 2400 MHz RAM with my Pentium Gold G5400T CPU, and it's working wonderfully! The performance upgrade has made a big difference in my gaming experience.

I was just reading about this in an article on TechReviewer. It seems like the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 MHz is the way to go if you're looking for better overclocking capabilities. Have any of you tried it?

Thanks for the input, @CrazyKanadian. I'm leaning more towards the G.Skill Ripjaws V though, as it seems like a good balance between price and performance for my needs.

After doing some research, I think I'll go with the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 MHz. The higher clock speeds should make a noticeable difference in my work with graphics and video editing.

That's awesome, @SnGSmama! I might consider it as well if I decide to overclock my RAM. For now, I'll stick with the G.Skill Ripjaws V 2400 MHz and see how it goes.

Good luck with your decision, @TrippKitty. I'm glad I chose the G.Skill Ripjaws V for my setup. It's been running smoothly ever since I installed it.

Thanks, @Mitch1008! I'll probably make a decision in the next few days. Fingers crossed that whatever I choose works well with my Pentium Gold G5400T CPU.
