Intel i3-14100F vs. Intel i7-12700KF for Gaming?

I recently bought a new PC and I'm having trouble deciding between the Intel Core i3-14100F and Intel Core i7-12700KF CPUs for gaming. Can anyone share their thoughts on which one is better for gaming?
