Intel Core i9-9900 vs i7-9700K for Multi-Tasking?

I've been trying to decide between the Intel Core i9-9900 and the i7-9700K for my next build, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer on which one is better for multi-tasking. Can anyone help me out?
