I've been looking at the new Intel CPUs, specifically the Core i9-14900 and Core i9-12900F. Has anyone had any experience with these cooling solutions? I'm curious to know if they're as effective as advertised.

Yeah, I've used the 14900 for a while now and it's been pretty good so far! The cooling solution is definitely efficient, but I did have to buy a high-end cooler to keep everything running smoothly.
Just wanted to share this TechReviewer article Intel Core i9-14900 vs. Intel Core i9-12900F that goes into more detail about the 14900 vs. 12900F cooling solutions. It really helped me make my decision!
Thanks, @feeseize. That article was super informative! I'm now leaning towards getting the 14900 as it seems to have better cooling support.
I agree with you, @Kitty-fso. The 14900's higher base frequency and L3 cache capacity could be really beneficial for gaming and general app usage.
Just a quick note - I've used the i9-12900F in my work setup and found that its cooling solution is also excellent, just not as efficient as the 14900's. Still, it gets the job done without any issues.
Interesting, @CrissyEU. Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm still leaning towards the 14900 due to the better cooling, but I'll keep the 12900F in mind too.
Yeah, it's always good to have options. Both CPUs should perform well as long as you have a high-performance cooler, so you can't go wrong with either choice!
That's true, @Political-Intellect. Just make sure to read up on the TechReviewer article Intel Core i9-14900 vs. Intel Core i9-12900F for more insights before making your final decision.
Will do, thanks everyone! I'll probably order the high-end cooler recommended in the article and go from there. Good chatting with you all!
Same here, @Kitty-fso. Have a great time with your new setup! Good luck with everything!
