Hey, I'm considering getting a new CPU and I'm trying to decide between the Intel Core i9-13900KS and the Intel Core i9-12900K. Can anyone give me some advice on which one is better for gaming?

Hey, you mentioned the Intel Core i9-13900KS vs. Intel Core i9-12900K article right? I read it recently and found it very informative. The Core i9-13900KS has some advantages over the 12900K, like an increased core count, higher single-core turbo boost frequency, larger L3 cache capacity, and support for DDR5 with a max stock speed of 5600 MHz. Its overclocking support and PCIe 5.0 compatibility also contribute to its superior gaming capabilities.

Both CPUs are excellent choices, but I've been using the 12900K for a while now and I'm quite happy with its performance. It handles most games pretty well.

That's interesting! So, it seems like the Core i9-13900KS might be the better choice overall then? I'm just worried about the price difference between the two.

Yeah, the 13900K is definitely more expensive, but you're getting more performance for your money. If you can afford it and you want to future-proof your build, the 13900K might be worth the extra cost.

Thanks for the input! I'll check out some benchmarks and see if the price difference is something I'm willing to pay for the added performance. Appreciate the help!

No problem! Good luck with your decision-making process!
