Intel Core i9-13900K vs i9-9900K for Gaming?

I've been gaming on my PC for a while now, and I'm considering upgrading to either the Intel Core i9-13900K or the older i9-9900K. Can anyone give me some insight into which CPU would be better suited for gaming?
