Intel Core i7-14700KF vs. Intel Core i9-10900K Multitasking?

I'm deciding between the Intel Core i7-14700KF and the Core i9-10900K for multitasking, but I can't decide which one to choose. Any advice on how these two CPUs perform in multi-tasking scenarios?
