Intel Core i7-14700KF vs. i5-13500 Gaming?

I recently bought a new PC and I'm trying to decide between the Intel Core i7-14700KF and i5-13500 for gaming purposes. Can you guys recommend which one would be better?

From what I've read, both CPUs should give decent performance for most games. However, the i7-14700KF has a higher turbo frequency and more cores which could potentially make a difference in some games.
