Intel Core i7-14700K vs. i9-13900KF - Which to Buy?

I've been looking at the new Intel CPUs, specifically the Core i7-14700K and Core i9-13900KF. Can anyone give me some advice on which one to buy? I'm mainly going to be using it for gaming and general app usage.
