Intel Core i7-14700K vs. i7-12700KF Gaming Performance?

I'm in a dilemma between the Intel Core i7-14700K and i7-12700KF for my new gaming PC build. Can you guys share some insights on their gaming performance? Any recommendations would be helpful!
