It's worth checking out TechReviewer's article Best RAM for the Intel Core i7-13700T CPU for a detailed analysis of RAM requirements and recommendations. They cover various options, including Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5 RAM and G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 RAM, which are both great choices for pairing with the Intel Core i7-13700T CPU.

For most users, 32GB of RAM should be sufficient for gaming and general use with an Intel Core i7-13700T CPU. However, it depends on the specific tasks you plan to run simultaneously or the software you're using. Some applications might require more memory.

I think 32GB is a good starting point, but if you frequently work with large files or run resource-intensive applications, you may want to consider upgrading to 64GB in the future.
