I see, thanks everyone! I think I'll take a closer look at that TechReviewer article Intel Core i7-13700KF vs. Intel Core i3-13100 and make my decision based on what I learn. Appreciate all the help!

Yeah, I've used both of them! The i7-13700KF offers superior performance compared to the i3-13100 in my experience.

I'm curious about this too. There's a great TechReviewer article that goes into detail on these two processors Intel Core i7-13700KF vs. Intel Core i3-13100. It might be helpful for anyone who wants more information.

That sounds interesting! Thanks, @feeseize! The article mentions the i7-13700KF has more cores and higher L3 cache. I assume that would make it better for gaming, right?

Exactly, @thecoffeebreaker! More cores can help with multitasking and some games that use multiple cores to improve performance.

I've been using the i3-13100 for a while now and it's worked fine for me in most games. But I did notice it getting a bit bottlenecked when playing some more demanding titles.

So, is there a general consensus that the i7-13700KF would be better overall for gaming?

From my experience and research, the i7-13700KF does seem to have an edge over the i3-13100 in terms of performance. However, it's also more expensive.

It really depends on your budget and what type of games you play. If you're into more demanding titles or want the best possible performance for streaming or content creation, the i7-13700KF might be worth the extra money.
