Intel Core i7-13700F vs. Intel Core i9-12900KF for Video Editing?

I'm in the process of building a new computer and need some advice on which CPU to choose for video editing. I've been looking at the Intel Core i7-13700F and the Intel Core i9-12900KF, but I can't decide which one would be better for my needs. Has anyone had experience with these two processors?
