Intel Core i7-13700 vs. i9-9900K Overclocking?

CPU INTEL 13700 9900K

I'm in a dilemma between choosing the Intel Core i7-13700 and the i9-9900K for my new gaming PC build. Both have impressive specs, but I've heard that overclocking is a significant factor when it comes to performance. Can anyone share their thoughts on which one would be better for overclocking?
