Intel Core i7-12700K vs. Intel Core i9-10900 for Content Creators?

I'm a content creator and I'm trying to decide between the Intel Core i7-12700K and the Intel Core i9-10900 for my next build. Can anyone provide some insights? It would be great to hear from those who have experience with these CPUs.
