Intel Core i7-12700K vs. i7-11700F for Gaming?

I've been looking at these two CPUs and can't decide which one to go for. Can anyone provide some insights on the Intel Core i7-12700K vs. i7-11700F for gaming?

I've used both of those in my PC builds, and I must say that the 12700K performs better overall. Especially with its higher single-core max turbo boost frequency and additional core types.
