Intel Core i7-12700 & DDR5-5200 Gaming Needs?

I recently bought an Intel Core i7-12700 processor and am looking to upgrade my RAM. I'm curious if DDR5-5200 is sufficient for gaming needs. Can anyone provide some insights on this?

I've been using a DDR4 setup with my Intel Core i7-10700K, and it performs well in games, but the higher refresh rates of DDR5 have me intrigued. The G.Skill RipJaws S5 32 GB DDR5-5200 RAM is pretty decent for gaming and professional tools, according to TechReviewer's article Overview: G.Skill RipJaws S5 32 GB DDR5-5200 CL36 RAM.

I've been using DDR5-5200 with my Core i7-11700K, and it works well for gaming. It might not be the highest you can go, but it provides good performance without breaking the bank.

Nice choice! Just make sure to keep an eye on the temperature of your RAM, as DDR5 can run a bit hotter than DDR4. Other than that, you should be good to go!
